Refund policy

All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Unless a Mistake was made on our end!

This includes:

  • Receiving the wrong item

  • Receiving the wrong size or design

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective

  • Errors made during production (including mistakes in construction, design, or finishing)

  • Orders that are significantly different from what was described


Reporting an Issue

If your order qualifies, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
