All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Unless a Mistake was made on our end!
This includes:

Receiving the wrong item

Items that arrive damaged or defective

Errors made during production (including mistakes in construction, design, or finishing)

Orders that are significantly different from what was described
Reporting an Issue
If your order qualifies, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
